This is the first article from a series of three.
We have several reports in each of the three major sections (CRM/Sales, Project Management and Online Invoicing) and we will start with the “CRM/Sales reports”.
CRM/Sales reports
“CRM/Sales” is the first major section and contains the subsections of “Contacts”, “Leads”, “Customers”, “Opportunities”, “Territories”, “Quotes” and “Products”. Each of the three main sections offer reports that give you a better viewpoint over the sales department as well as a better understanding of the sales department’s activities.
The first four widgets that display the information via graphs for a more helpful overview are present right on your dashboard.
You can access the subsections that contain other types of reports by using the top navigation menu.
CONTACTS
The first report is called “Contact Emails Report”. Let’s say you have a team of representatives and you have one or more landing pages that is used to gather contacts and leads. When the forms are submitted and data is inserted into the CRM, you have the option to choose to whom these contacts are distributed. Then, the report will reflect how many contacts were handled, and by whom, during a time period.
The second report will show the “Trials” list. Let’s say you run a campaign from where you receive leads/prospects. When those leads are inserted into the system, we generate an entry in both the contact section as well as the lead section. In this way, you can quickly see both the contact and the company names.
“All Contacts, Leads, Customers” is a report that shows all the records from the CRM/Sales module. You are able to view each of your contacts, even if it is just a normal contact (a name) or a contact assigned to a lead or to a customer. To make the analysis process as easy as possible, we added the option to filter listings by “Contacts”, “Leads” and “Customers”. You can also order the listings by different sets like “Contact Type”, “Last Name”, “Company”, “Category”, “State” or “City”.
The reports are exportable in CSV/Excel format.
LEADS & CUSTOMERS
Under the “Leads” section you will find the “Leads Funnel Management” panel. This one shows the current stage of your leads, how many leads you have in each stage and who they are(by clicking on the graph).
The two dropdowns located at the top are used to filter the funnel data.. The first one is used to filter the funnel by “Managers” (sales reps). The second is used to filter by date, by choosing a period of time for the funnel. You can also manage stages as well as their order in the list.
You will also find the “Trials”, “Leads Assignment Status” and “ All Contact, Leads, Clients” under this section. These are the same reports that we talked about during the “Contact Reports” section above.
The “Subscription Sales Report”, under the “Customers” section, displays a list containing people that have subscribed to you. This feature is useful for companies that offer subscriptions and/or trials to their clients, or prospective clients.
The reports are, again, exportable in CSV/Excel format.
TERRITORIES
“Territories Reports” are generated based on your contacts, leads and customers. For accurate reports, your sales team will have to carefully add demographic data for each of the contacts, leads and customers here, like “Country”, “State” and “Zip”. This is the only way you can define the territories and generate the maps.
Several other reports are available under the “CRM/Sales” section, but the goal of this article was to cover the main reports only.
We understand that each business is unique and that you might need specific reports, therefore, if you are in need of custom reports, we can generate them for your account.
The focus of the next article will be the “Financial Reports”.
