Milestones are tools used in project management to mark specific points along a project timeline.
From now on the crm projects use milestones. Group one or more tasks under a milestone by accessing the edit task screen from “My Tasks”.
Milestones can be added on the fly, can be ordered or can be managed.
Next in our list is to use Milestones in providing Gantt charts reports.
